Shipping and Handling
We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $75. Items ship out 1-3 business days after order is received and take 2-7 business days to be delivered. California residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather.
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days for the customer to receive it.
Boutique De Bravo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside of the United States of America.
